• Team building, mentoring & leadership development
• Design systems & frontend platforms

• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design & Platform

Experience: 10+ years overall, with substantial frontend expertise and 3+ years in engineering leadership.

🔹 Staff Software Engineer – Frontend

A highly technical individual contributor role focused on frontend architecture, shared platforms, technical direction, and engineering excellence across multiple teams.

Key focus areas:

• Frontend architecture & scalable UI systems
• React, JavaScript & TypeScript
• Design systems & shared component libraries
• Frontend platforms & reusable capabilities
• Performance optimization & browser technologies
• Developer experience, tooling & automation
• Technical leadership across multiple teams

Experience: 8–12 years of software engineering experience with deep frontend expertise.

🔑 Common Technology Expertise

Experience with micro-frontends, frontend security, modernization initiatives, AI-assisted development tools, and platform engineering will be an added advantage.
