Role Description The Full Stack Developer (Python) will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications across both front-end and back-end components. This full-time, on-site role in Coimbatore involves writing clean, efficient Python code for server-side logic, integrating databases and APIs, and ensuring application performance and security. On a day-to-day basis, the developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement user interfaces, and troubleshoot issues throughout the development lifecycle. The role also includes reviewing code, participating in technical discussions, and contributing to continuous integration and deployment practices. The developer will be expected to document solutions, follow best practices, and support ongoing improvements to the architecture and user experience.

Qualifications

Strong back-end web development skills using Python and related frameworks, with experience in API integration and database design.
Front-end development skills with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to build responsive and accessible user interfaces.
Software development and full-stack development skills, including object-oriented programming, version control (e.g., Git), and debugging.
Understanding of web application architecture, security best practices, and performance optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, collaborate in a team environment, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
Willingness to learn new technologies and contribute to process and product improvements.
