E-commerce Operations Manager

Delhi, India

GLUN is a fast-growing e-commerce brand with a large product portfolio selling primarily through Amazon India. We are looking for a strong E-commerce Operations Manager who can work directly with the Founder and take ownership of day-to-day business execution.

Purpose of the Role

The objective of this position is to independently manage and coordinate the office-side e-commerce business so that the Founder can focus on strategy, new products and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate Sales, E-commerce Operations, Finance/MIS, Graphics and Content teams
  • Monitor daily sales and ASIN-level performance and create action plans for growth
  • Handle Amazon Vendor Central operations, POs, pricing, deals, suppressions and catalogue issues
  • Manage inventory planning and reorder requirements
  • Identify weak-performing ASINs and ensure corrective actions are executed
  • Coordinate new product launches across relevant teams
  • Monitor payments, claims, support/funding and other marketplace financial issues
  • Conduct daily/weekly business reviews and maintain management dashboards
  • Assign responsibilities and deadlines and ensure tasks are completed
  • Build SOPs and processes so routine operations do not depend on the Founder
  • Identify opportunities for automation and productivity improvement
  • Manage cross-functional problems and escalate only major strategic or financial decisions to the Founder

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of relevant e-commerce/marketplace experience
  • Strong Amazon marketplace experience
  • Amazon Vendor Central experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing and coordinating multiple teams
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of sales, pricing, inventory planning and marketplace operations
  • Ability to analyse data and independently identify business problems
  • Strong ownership, leadership, follow-up and decision-making skills
  • Ability to create SOPs, dashboards, KPIs and review systems
  • Excellent communication and team-management skills

Education

Graduate required. MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.

Reporting

Reports directly to the Founder.

Important: This is NOT a warehouse-management position. Physical warehouse operations, packing, loading and physical dispatch staff management are outside the scope of this role.

The successful candidate will gradually take independent ownership of routine business execution, team coordination and problem-solving, allowing the Founder to focus primarily on business growth, strategy and new opportunities.
