Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment. Designs, develops, implements, and maintains software systems and applications.
Plans, implements, tests, and documents developments. Debugs, analyzes, and troubleshoots issues when providing technical support for customers.
Oversee the control of requirements, effort estimation, budget, time, and quality.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Coordinates and advises on developing complex technical solutions.
Writes and maintains efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
Implements security and data protection measures.
Build and maintain back-end server applications and databases, ensuring functionality and efficiency.
Creates and manages APIs for seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
Ensures cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of applications.
Documents technical specifications and development processes.
Stay updated with the latest developments in relevant applications and programming languages.
Conduct internal training courses and prepare documentation.
Utilizes CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for automated deployments.

Required Skills

Technical: JavaScript/TypeScript, SAP CAP, SAPUI5, SQL, SAP HANA, OData APIs, Cloud-Platform (SAP BTP)

Methodological: agile development (Scrum/Kanban), version control (Git), test automation, incident management

Soft Skills: ability to work in a team, problem-solving skills, strong communication skills

(JavaScript or TypeScript or “Full Stack” or SAP) AND (CAP OR UI5 OR BTP)
