Paramverse BIO Pvt Ltd

About Paramverse Bio

Paramverse Bio Pvt. Ltd. is building India’s next great bio company, with a focus on biological agriculture. Founded in 2024 and part of Paramverse Group, it develops and sells indigenous microbial formulations under the DHARITRI SUTRA™ brand. The portfolio spans 21 registered products across three lines: RAKSHAK (bio-protection), POSHAK (bio-nutrition), and AMRITAM (export-grade compliance).

Every product is delivered through the “Doctor of Soil” model: a certified agronomist, a personalised prescription, and data to show whether it worked. Paramverse Bio is live across nine Indian states in Phase 1 (FY27), with 48 territories, institutional-grade manufacturing, and field-to-export traceability.

What You Will Own

Platform Strategy & Cross-Industry Planning

  • Drive end-to-end execution of key strategic programs across Paramverse Bio’s seven target industries — not just agriculture.
  • Support the CEO’s Office in scoping new B2B verticals (pharma CDMO, food-grade enzymes, bio-surfactants, cosmetic actives) — market sizing, competitor mapping, PE-framework evaluation, and go/no-go recommendations.
  • Build and maintain the cross-industry opportunity pipeline: track where capital is flowing, which sectors are maturing, and where Paramverse’s shared platform creates a structural cost or speed advantage.
  • Coordinate the translation of platform-level capabilities (fermentation, AI, manufacturing) into industry-specific revenue plans across B2B2C (Agri), B2B (Pharma + Industrial), and B2C (Consumer Brands) channels. Go-to-Market & Commercial Execution
  • Partner with sales leadership, state heads, and commercial teams to track performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions across the agricultural biologicals business (Dharitri Sutra).
  • Support market expansion and distribution growth across existing and new geographies — building structured GTM playbooks, retailer onboarding frameworks, and territory-level P&L dashboards.
  • Coordinate with regulatory, agronomy, and external partners to support product registrations, compliance, field trials, and market-readiness activities across both agri and non-agri portfolios.
  • Track competitive intelligence across all target sectors — funded startups, policy shifts, regulatory changes, and M&A activity that affects Paramverse’s positioning. Manufacturing, Technology & Data
  • Work with the manufacturing and R&D teams to track greenfield plant milestones, capacity utilisation, and the seasonal production-swing strategy (agri in Kharif, industrial in off-season).
  • Support the AI and computational biology initiatives — tracking research partnerships, model development milestones, and the data flywheel that connects fermentation batches to field outcomes.
  • Help build the business case for each manufacturing phase expansion — marginal capex analysis, capacity-revenue mapping, and utilisation economics. Operations, Reporting & Governance
  • Build structured project plans, milestones, dashboards, and review mechanisms to track progress and drive accountability across all active programs.
  • Prepare CEO-facing reviews, MIS dashboards, investor updates, and board-level business recommendations.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and external advisors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyse business and program performance data to generate insights and support decision-making — from per-acre unit economics in agri to EBITDA modelling for B2B pilot batches.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, solve ambiguous business problems, and implement scalable processes as the organisation grows from a single-market operation to a multi-industry platform.

What We Are Looking For

  • Engineering degree with strong academic credentials; MBA from a leading business school preferred.
  • 4–10 years of experience in Program Management, Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or General Management roles — ideally in environments that span multiple industries or business lines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with a structured, first-principles approach to execution.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving outcomes without formal authority — across technical, commercial, and operational teams.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments where the playbook doesn’t exist yet.
  • Ability to shift fluently between strategic thinking (market sizing, competitive positioning, capital planning) and hands-on execution (dashboards, vendor coordination, field visits).
  • Strong written and verbal communication — you will prepare materials that go directly to the Founder, Governing Council, and investors.
  • Intellectual curiosity about biology, fermentation, AI, and the broader bio-economy transition — you don’t need a science background, but you need to understand the platform at a technical level.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Biotechnology, AgriTech, Pharmaceuticals, CDMO, Specialty Chemicals, Food Ingredients, or FMCG — any sector where biology meets manufacturing at scale.
  • Exposure sales operations, commercial excellence, GTM strategy, or multi-geography market expansion.
  • Experience working directly with founders, C-suite leadership, or in a CEO’s Office / Founder’s Office capacity at a high-growth company.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes (CIB, FCO, FSSAI, CDSCO), product validation programs, or field trial management.
  • Comfort with financial modelling — unit economics, capacity utilisation, PE-framework evaluation, and investor-grade business plans.
  • Exposure AI/ML workflows, data platforms, or computational biology — even at a non-technical level.
