The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical capability with a practical understanding of how projects are delivered on the ground

  • Identify business challenges and digitalization opportunities across project and business functions.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand operational pain points and translate requirements into practical digital solutions.
  • Lead implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment and change management for new applications.
  • Plan and run proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot deployments on project sites.
  • Assess solutions for performance, scalability, safety and operational feasibility before scale-up.
  • Design, build and deploy AI solutions that address business and operational challenges.
  • Develop Agentic AI solutions using single-agent and multi-agent architectures.
  • Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks on enterprise and project data.
  • Evaluate and integrate foundation models and Large Language Models (LLMs) for business use cases.
  • Develop AI applications using APIs, SDKs, orchestration frameworks and cloud-native services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Databricks).
  • Lead AI POCs, pilots and enterprise-scale rollouts, with appropriate evaluation and observability in place.
  • Track emerging AI technologies, frameworks and industry best practices.
  • Collect, clean, transform and validate data from multiple business systems.
  • Design data pipelines and write optimized SQL for extraction and analysis.
  • Build machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics; perform exploratory data analysis.
  • Create Power BI dashboards, scorecards and management reports that give leadership actionable insight.
