Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The position emphasizes delivering innovative and efficient solutions that enhance client services, while embracing modern technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges in a cloud-first environment. Continuous improvement and adaptation to evolving project requirements are key aspects of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of backend development including RESTful services and database management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
