Treasury Product Owner
We are looking for an experienced Treasury Product Owner with strong expertise in Treasury, Cash Management, Liquidity Management, Payments, FX, Money Markets, and Banking products. The candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product roadmap, gathering business requirements, and working closely with technology and business stakeholders to deliver treasury solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the Treasury product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog.
Work closely with Treasury business teams, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and other stakeholders.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for treasury products and processes.
Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, regulatory requirements, risk, and customer needs.
Act as the primary liaison between Treasury business users and technology/development teams.
Drive end-to-end product delivery from requirement gathering through implementation and production rollout.
Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, automation, controls, and operational efficiency.
Support Treasury transformation and digitalization initiatives.
Coordinate UAT, defect management, release planning, and production implementation.
Ensure products comply with applicable regulatory, risk, security, and governance requirements.
Monitor product performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Prepare product documentation, process flows, functional specifications, and business requirement documents.
Manage dependencies across multiple teams and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
Communicate product roadmap, status, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders.
