Senior Data Scientist

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with strong experience in Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Statistical Modelling, and Big Data technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, PySpark, Spark MLlib, and Azure to develop scalable machine learning models and end-to-end data science solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large volumes of customer, transactional, web analytics, and third-party data.
Perform data extraction, cleansing, manipulation, and statistical analysis using SQL and Python.
Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using Python and Spark MLlib.
Build scalable machine learning pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
Develop and deploy predictive models such as Customer Churn, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Propensity, and Affinity models.
Apply machine learning techniques including Classification, Clustering, Regression, and Predictive Analytics.
Work with distributed computing systems and large-scale datasets.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data science solutions.
Maintain code repositories and support continuous integration using Git and Jenkins.

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Python and Machine Learning.
Expertise in PySpark and Spark MLlib.
Strong SQL skills for data processing and analysis.
Experience in Azure Cloud and Azure Data Factory.
Experience with Databricks and distributed computing.
Strong understanding of Statistical Modelling and Predictive Analytics.

Good-to-Have Skills

TensorFlow, Keras, Deep Learning and Neural Networks.
AWS Cloud.
Git, Jenkins and CI/CD.
Customer Analytics / Marketing Analytics experience.
Customer Data Platform (CDP) exposure.

Candidate Requirements

5–9 years of overall analytics experience.
Strong experience in end-to-end Machine Learning model development.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
