Role DescriptionThe Frontend Web Development Intern will work with the EakPustak team to design and develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces for schools and EakPustak's digital products.

The role involves converting UI/UX designs into functional frontend interfaces, developing responsive school websites, creating reusable components, improving website usability and visual consistency, and implementing interactive frontend features.

The intern will work closely with the founding team and design/product team to build real-world web experiences for schools, students, parents, and educators.

This role is strictly focused on frontend development. Candidates are not required to work on backend development, databases, APIs, authentication systems, or server-side infrastructure.

This is a remote internship opportunity suitable for students or freshers who are interested in frontend development, web technologies, EdTech, and startup culture. The internship will provide practical exposure to real-world product development, responsive web design, frontend engineering, and working in a startup environment.

Required Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with React.js or other modern frontend frameworks is preferred.
• Understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
• Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Prior projects, a GitHub profile, or a portfolio will be an added advantage.
