• Core Alignment: Minimum 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with an absolute focus on Advanced Flows, Apex, and REST API integrations.
• Technical Depth: Proven implementation history with asynchronous processing, Platform Events, External Services, and third-party web services.
• Code & Deployment Discipline: Practical experience with Git, version control branches, and deployment pipelines (SFDX/Metadata API).
