Key Responsibilities
Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise IT program portfolios, software platforms, and continuous system optimizations to ensure value-driven, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
Champion Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery frameworks to foster high team velocity, continuous integration/delivery, and seamless cross-functional alignment.
Oversee multi-million-dollar portfolio budgets, capital allocation, resource capacity planning, and financial forecasting to maximize ROI and operational efficiency.
Serve as the strategic liaison between C-suite executives, business unit leaders, technical delivery teams, and external vendor partners to align IT investments with corporate strategy.
Proactively identify systemic portfolio risks, architect robust mitigation strategies, and resolve complex cross-program dependencies and execution roadblocks. Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 18 years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years leading large-scale enterprise program portfolios ($2M+).
Deep expertise in Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies, as well as end-to-end SDLC governance.
Advanced proficiency in portfolio financial management, vendor negotiations, contract oversight, and strategic resource allocation.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior business leaders, drive organizational change, and manage high-performing cross-functional teams.
Hands-on background or strong familiarity with Data Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), or Advanced Analytics platforms is highly desirable.
