Level: Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation

You will use your experience with Salesforce and nCino to support large-scale, enterprise-level transformation programs. As a Senior Consultant, Transformation, you will design, build, and deploy scalable solutions, working across functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical outcomes. You will also support end-to-end delivery activities, including planning, estimation, execution, and progress tracking, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to quality delivery.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the team, you will be responsible for

  • Gather and analyze business requirements, applying industry context to shape fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Contribute across the software development lifecycle (SDLC)—design, build, deployment, and defect resolution—in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce using platform features and best practices.
  • Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, test classes, Batch Apex, scheduled jobs).
  • Build user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Integrate Salesforce with other applications (Connected Apps, REST APIs, Platform Events).
  • Participate in Agile delivery (sprint planning, retrospectives, and effort estimation).
  • Complete peer and team reviews to maintain quality standards across code, configuration, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing (process documentation, reusable assets, and team training support).
  • Recommend process improvements and contribute to automation and innovation to improve delivery outcomes.

By leveraging your business expertise and advanced technology, you will help ensure every solution is seamlessly integrated with Industry Advantage and aligned with sector-specific requirements. With your focus on innovation and measurable value, you will empower clients to achieve strategic objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving marketplace by addressing core business challenges and opportunities across industries.

Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Chennai/Pune

Qualifications

Required:

  • 6–9 years of hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and implementation on Salesforce.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration features such as Flows, Dynamic Forms, Reports and Dashboards, and Lightning App Builder.
  • Experience developing in Apex (classes, triggers, test classes, Batch Apex, scheduled jobs).
  • Experience building UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using Connected Apps, REST APIs, and Platform Events.
  • Experience with deployments and release activities using Metadata API and Salesforce CLI.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and object relationships; experience with SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Data Loader.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery teams and using related tools.
  • Ability to estimate work items and deliverables.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • BE / BTech / MCA / MSc (CS) or equivalent from an accredited university.

Preferred:

  • Banking domain knowledge (commercial banking, loan origination systems, treasury management).
  • Salesforce certifications: Administrator and/or Platform Developer I.
  • Experience implementing nCino Bank Operating System.
  • nCino Commercial Banking certifications.
  • Experience with DevOps and version control tools/processes (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket).
