Required Skills & Experience

• Graduate in Engineering / Supply Chain Operations.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Commodity Management, Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Analytics, Business Analytics, or Supply Chain Finance.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end costing operations.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and experience with Tableau or other analytical/BI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform ad-hoc data analysis and provide meaningful recommendations.
• Experience in Supplier Management, Supplier Development, Supplier Setup, and Cost Loading.
• Knowledge of Sourcing, Commodity Management, BOM (Bill of Materials), Spend Management, and Cost Savings.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret data and prepare regular/ad-hoc reports.
• Good understanding of global supply chain operations and business processes.
• Exposure to AI adoption/use cases in supply chain or analytics.
