Experience: 10-15 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics is preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure product availability across regulated markets.
- Analyse demand trends, inventory levels, and business requirements.
- Manage finished goods inventory in line with company guidelines.
- Coordinate with supply planning and manufacturing teams to align demand and supply.
- Identify and resolve supply challenges to minimise business impact.
- Review manufacturing plans and monitor factors affecting product availability.
- Drive MPRM, S&OP, E-S&OP, and other planning forums.
- Present critical updates and planning insights to business stakeholders.
- Communicate supply situations and inventory outlook to markets.
- Support forecasting accuracy, inventory optimisation, and demand planning improvements.
- Participate in automation and digital transformation initiatives within demand planning.
