Co-Founder & CTO

I'm not looking for someone to build an app. I'm looking for someone to build a company with me.

I've spent years building Snapzo, made mistakes, learnt from them and understood what it really takes to build a scalable technology business.

Now I'm looking for a technical co-founder who can take complete ownership of technology while I focus on business, growth, partnerships and fundraising.

What you'll be building:

• Own Snapzo's technology vision, architecture and product development.
• Lead the development of our mobile applications and backend infrastructure.
• Work with our existing native mobile stack, PHP and Python backend, and make the right technology decisions for the future.
• Build a scalable, secure and reliable platform capable of supporting millions of users.
• Hire, mentor and lead the engineering team as we grow.
• Work directly with me on product strategy, user experience, monetisation and investor discussions.
• Move fast, test assumptions and build around product-market fit rather than unnecessary features.Who I'm looking for:
• 7–12+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering and product development.
• Strong understanding of mobile applications, backend systems, APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure.
• Someone who has built and shipped real products, not just managed developers.
• Comfortable working with an existing codebase and improving it without rebuilding everything.
• A problem solver who understands business as much as technology.
• Someone who can work with limited resources today while preparing for much bigger opportunities tomorrow.
• Most importantly, someone who thinks like an owner, not an employee.One thing you should know.

Snapzo is at an early stage. This isn't a conventional CTO position with a large team, established processes and guaranteed comfort.

There will be unpredictable days, difficult decisions and moments when we'll have to figure things out ourselves.

I'm looking for someone who can see what Snapzo could become over the next 5–10 years and is willing to put in the work to get there.

This is a co-founder opportunity with an equity-led structure, subject to mutual agreement. We'll discuss ownership, commitment and long-term alignment transparently.

I don't expect you to know everything.

But I do expect you to take responsibility for finding the answers.

I've already taken my bet on Snapzo. Now I'm looking for someone who wants to build it alongside me.
