Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to develop and maintain our Study Abroad Platform, including student management, university/course information, application workflows, document management, counsellor dashboards, and integrated services.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js / Next.js.
• Build dashboards for students, counselors, administrators, and other users.
• Develop features for student registration, profiles, university/course search, applications, document uploads, and application tracking.
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs and ensure a smooth user experience.
• Optimize application performance and responsiveness.

Backend Development

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Implement business logic for student onboarding, applications, counselor assignment, document management, notifications, and reporting.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Design and optimize database structures and queries.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.

Study Abroad Platform

• Develop workflows for student onboarding and application management.
• Implement university, country, and course information management.
• Build application status tracking, task/checklist management, and counselor workflows.
• Develop document management and notification systems.
• Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, Email, SMS/WhatsApp, CRM, cloud storage, and external APIs.

Database, Testing & Deployment

• Work with PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB and optimize database performance.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Perform testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Work with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Support application deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.

Required Technical Skills

• Frontend: React.js / Next.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Tailwind/Bootstrap.
• Backend: Node.js / Express.js / NestJS or Python/Django/FastAPI.
• Database: PostgreSQL / MySQL; MongoDB is a plus.
• REST APIs, authentication, RBAC, and third-party API integrations.
• Git/GitHub and basic Docker/CI/CD knowledge.
• Good understanding of web security and responsive design.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Study Abroad, EdTech, LMS, CRM, ERP, or student management platforms.
• Experience with WhatsApp/SMS, cloud storage, and CRM integrations.
• Experience with AI/LLM integrations is a plus.
• 2–5 years of professional Full Stack Development experience.
