Product Manager – Jio Haptik

You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success — identifying the right problems, defining solutions, and taking products from idea to launch and scale.

🔑 What You'll Do

✅ Own product areas end-to-end — from discovery and prioritization to execution, launch, and iteration

✅ Talk to customers, analyze data, and identify high-impact opportunities

✅ Write clear PRDs and define product flows, edge cases, and success metrics

✅ Collaborate with Design & Engineering to ship high-quality products, fast

✅ Track adoption and business impact, and continuously iterate

✅ Balance customer needs, business goals, and engineering effort in your prioritization

✅ Own outcomes — not just feature delivery

🎯 What We're Looking For

✅ 1–4 years of Product Management experience (SaaS/B2B preferred)

✅ Strong product thinking — able to simplify ambiguous problems

✅ Comfortable using data to drive decisions

✅ Excellent written & verbal communication skills

✅ Strong execution skills and cross-functional collaboration

✅ High ownership, bias for action, and comfort in fast-paced environments

✅ Genuine curiosity about customer behavior
