Lead Java Developer

Task Description:

• Extensive software development experience in enterprise-grade applications and distributed systems.
• Strong expertise in Java ecosystem, Quarkus, Jakarta EE, REST APIs, and Oracle SQL.
• Proven experience in technical design, and scalable system development.
• Strong knowledge of AI-powered solutions, AI integration patterns, and leveraging AI technologies to improve business outcomes.
• Practical expertise with GitHub Copilot or comparable coding assistants, AI agents, reusable prompting patterns, RAG and AI development best practices
• Experience working with Oracle Databases (SQL) and performance optimization.
• Strong DevOps mindset with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), automation, and release management.
• Proficient in software quality engineering, including JUnit-based automated testing, debugging, and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency with engineering tools such as IntelliJ IDEA, Jira, Confluence, ELK, UML/ERM.
• Experience with IBM MQ, Vaadin Framework, and SQL Developer is an added advantage.
• Experience working in containerized platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in English; basic German language skills are an advantage
