Job Title: Product Analyst – OTC Finance Tech

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Reporting to: Senior Manager

PURPOSE OF ROLE

The Product Analyst supports the OTC Finance Tech product team in the day-to-day execution of initiatives across Cash.AI, Dispute, and Collection solutions. The role enables effective backlog management, Agile delivery, documentation, reporting, UAT, and stakeholder coordination to support timely and high-quality product delivery.

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Drive effective backlog management by maintaining user stories, tasks, bugs, and epics with clear business context, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.

  • Support Agile and Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Track sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and action items, escalating issues and supporting timely resolution.
  • Maintain delivery documentation including business requirements, user stories, process flows, release notes, and meeting outcomes.
  • Support UAT planning, execution, defect validation, and business sign-off activities.Coordinate communication and follow-ups across Product, Engineering, Finance, and other stakeholder teams.

Monitor product KPIs, incidents, enhancements, and delivery metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

Support consistent Agile governance by maintaining delivery data, boards, sprint metrics, and reporting with a high level of accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, Project Coordination, or similar roles.

Technical/Functional Skills:

Mandatory Skills:

  • Agile / Scrum methodologies – Intermediate
  • User stories & acceptance criteria – Intermediate
  • Business requirements & functional documentation – Intermediate
  • Stakeholder communication – Advanced
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills – Advanced
  • Software delivery / project coordination – Intermediate

Preferred (Good to have) Skills:

  • Azure DevOps – Intermediate
  • Finance / Order-to-Cash (OTC) process exposure – Intermediate
  • Power BI – Beginner / Intermediate
  • ServiceNow or similar workflow / ticketing platforms – Beginner / Intermediate
