Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust backend and frontend services using modern frameworks and cloud-native tooling.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and working code.
- Write clean, testable, and reusable code with CI/CD integration, ensuring high code coverage and zero production regressions.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability through proactive monitoring, profiling, and refactoring.
- Maintain technical documentation and participate in peer code reviews to uphold engineering excellence standards.
- Work in agile squads with continuous deployment cycles, contributing to sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
