Senior Category Manager
🚀 We’re Hiring | Senior Category Manager – K12 | Unacademy
We’re looking for a Senior Category Manager – K12 to own and drive the business with a strong focus on Revenue, P&L and growth.
This is a numbers-driven business role for someone who enjoys looking at the numbers, identifying growth opportunities, and turning business insights into action.
What you’ll own
- Own key revenue and P&L metrics for the K12 category
- Drive business growth, profitability and monetization
- Build and execute GTM and category strategies
- Own levers across pricing, acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue
- Analyse business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations teams
- Track key metrics and use data to drive business decisions
- Present business insights and recommendations to senior leadership
What we’re looking for
- 4-8 years of experience in Category Management, Business, Growth, General Management or similar roles
- Strong experience in Revenue and P&L management
- Excellent with numbers, data and business metrics
- Experience managing an online B2C / consumer business
- Strong understanding of GTM, pricing, acquisition, conversion, retention and monetization
- Ability to independently identify problems, analyse numbers and drive solutions
- Strong ownership and entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred background
We’re open to candidates from Consumer Internet, E-commerce, D2C, Marketplaces, FinTech, HealthTech, Quick Commerce and other high-growth consumer businesses.
EdTech experience is NOT mandatory.
