Role Overview

Lead complex full-stack system design and delivery. Own technical decisions, raise the engineering bar, and drive AI-powered feature development across React and Python. A hands-on senior engineer who shapes architecture and mentors the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and build complex, scalable full-stack features end to end.
  • Make and document key technical decisions on frameworks, patterns, and APIs.
  • Design robust backend services and data models for performance and scale.
  • Lead integration of AI/LLM-driven features into production products.
  • Drive code quality through reviews, standards, and testing strategy.
  • Mentor mid-level engineers and guide them through technical challenges.
  • Partner closely with product and design to shape roadmap and scope.
  • Identify and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability bottlenecks.Must-Have Qualifications
  • 6–7 years of full-stack engineering experience.
  • Expert-level TypeScript/JavaScript and a modern frontend framework.
  • Strong backend expertise (Node.js, Python, Go, or similar) and system design.
  • Proven experience architecting scalable web applications.
  • Deep understanding of databases, caching, and API design at scale.
  • Track record of mentoring and leading technical initiatives.Nice-to-Have
  • Hands-on experience building AI/agentic or conversational AI products.
  • Experience with event-driven and real-time architectures.
  • Cloud and DevOps fluency for end-to-end ownership
