Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science ,Artificial Intelligence Machine learning
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, and statistical programming languages
• Hands-on experience working with large datasets to extract meaningful insights
• In-depth knowledge of statistical techniques, including:
• Regression Analysis
• Properties of Distributions
• Statistical Tests and their appropriate usage
• Strong experience with Machine Learning algorithms, including:
• Regression and Simulation
• Scenario Analysis and Modeling
• Clustering
• Decision Trees
• Neural Networks
• Ability to host Machine Learning models and expose them as APIs
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex analyses to non-technical stakeholdersKey Responsibilities
• Work on cutting-edge AI solutions in partnership with leading business teams
• Propose innovative AI approaches and adapt quickly in a dynamic learning environment
• Build AI algorithms and design experiments to:
• Merge, manage, and analyze data
• Extract actionable insights
• Create tailored reports
• Apply predictive modeling to optimize:
• Customer Experience
• Revenue Generation
• Ad Targeting
• Other key business outcomes
• Champion Explainable AI and Responsible AI practices
• Conduct research and develop prototypes and Proofs of Concept (POCs)
• Identify opportunities to reuse datasets, models, and insights across teams
• Inspire stakeholders by clearly articulating the value and impact of AI solutions
