Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer with a strong emphasis on frontend engineering and technical SEO to architect and build fast, scalable, high-performing, and discoverable web experiences across global markets.

This is a full stack position, with the primary focus on frontend development, technical SEO, organic search performance, page speed, structured content, and crawlability.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building polished and performant user interfaces while also being comfortable working with backend services, APIs, rendering strategies, and system-level concepts. The candidate should be able to work independently, navigate ambiguous requirements, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that improve both user experience and search visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality software across the full stack, with a primary focus on modern frontend development and SEO-friendly implementation.
  • Build and maintain scalable UI applications and reusable components using modern web technologies.
  • Apply a strong understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Client-Side Rendering (CSR), and hydration, including their impact on crawlability, indexation, performance, and user experience.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Content, SEO, and Analytics teams to develop search-friendly experiences aligned with business goals and customer intent.
  • Translate SEO requirements into scalable engineering solutions, including:
  • Metadata frameworks
  • Canonicalization strategies
  • Internal linking
  • Structured data/schema markup
  • XML sitemaps
  • Robots directives
  • URL structures and redirects
  • Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs, working closely with backend and platform teams.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Work independently in ambiguous problem spaces by clarifying requirements, evaluating options, and recommending practical solutions.
  • Balance SEO, performance, maintainability, scalability, and user experience when making engineering decisions.
  • Communicate execution plans, technical trade-offs, and project progress clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor and improve web performance metrics that influence organic search performance, including Core Web Vitals, rendering efficiency, and content delivery.
  • Keep software, frameworks, and development tooling up to date with modern frontend, web architecture, and technical SEO best practices.Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong expertise in modern web development, particularly frontend engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • React
  • TypeScript / JavaScript
  • HTML
  • CSS / SCSS
  • Strong understanding of SSR and CSR in React, including their performance, SEO, and UX implications.
  • Strong technical SEO experience is mandatory.
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO principles for modern web applications, including:
  • Crawlability and indexation
  • Canonical tags
  • Metadata
  • Redirects
  • Schema/structured data
  • Internal linking
  • URL structure
  • Duplicate content prevention
  • Experience developing web applications optimized for search performance through:
  • Semantic HTML
  • Accessibility
  • Performance optimization
  • Appropriate rendering strategies
  • Comfortable working with backend technologies and services, including REST/GraphQL APIs, Node.js, caching, and CI/CD.
  • Ability to contribute to backend implementation when required.
  • Experience collaborating with SEO, Content, Analytics, Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate engineering trade-offs across performance, maintainability, experimentation, and search visibility.
