Job Description

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The Insights Program Manager sits at the intersection of data, measurement strategy, and programme leadership. This role is responsible for helping Scaled Insights understand whether our programmes and interventions are working, why, and where to invest next. Combining analytical problem-solving, experimentation, and programme management, the role transforms performance data into clear recommendations that drive customer adoption, business impact, and scalable solutions across Talent Solutions
Responsibilities
Measurement, experimentation, and insights
- Leverage LinkedIn's proprietary datasets to evaluate programme performance, customer behaviour, adoption, and business impact.
- Design measurement strategies and experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, incrementality and causal measurement approaches, to determine the impact of programmes and interventions.
- Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, analyse, and interpret data.
- Identify what is working, what is not, and why, translating performance results into evidence-based recommendations for leadership.
- Act as a thought leader on measurement methodologies, establishing best practices and guiding teams towards rigorous, scalable approaches to evaluating programme impact.
Programme Management & Strategic Execution
- Define and execute programme roadmaps aligned to business priorities, ensuring clear success metrics, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
- Identify gaps in existing tools, programmes, and go-to-market motions, prioritise opportunities, and drive alignment on strategic initiatives across stakeholder groups.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of programmes, ensuring priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies are effectively managed.
- Translate programme performance and measurement results into recommendations on where to invest, scale, optimise, refine or retire initiatives.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Analytics teams to solve business challenges through insights and scalable programmes.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on programme strategy and business priorities.
- Communicate complex analytical findings in clear business terms, influencing senior stakeholders through evidence-based recommendations.
- Partner across technical and business teams to establish shared success measures and drive action based on performance insights.
Business Storytelling
- Develop compelling reporting and strategic narratives that translate complex analysis into clear business implications.
- Present findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Create executive-ready insights that clearly articulate opportunities, risks, business impact, and recommended actions.
Data Quality & Operational Excellence
- Implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting and insights.
- Document best practices, methodologies, and scalable approaches to insight generation and programme execution.
- Help establish repeatable processes that improve efficiency, adoption, and business impact across teams.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in programme management, consulting, strategy, business operations, analytics, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience using SQL to analyse large datasets and generate insights.
- 3+ years of experience in measurement strategy, experimentation, business impact evaluation, or causal analysis.
- 3+ years of experience analysing performance data and translating complex findings into actionable business recommendation
- 3+ years experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience working in Customer Success, Sales Strategy, Operations, Consulting, Analytics, or Go-to-Market organisations.
- Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and serving as a trusted advisor.
- Experience with Python, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
- Exccellent problem-solving skills and business acumen.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Capable of communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Possess business acumen and creative problem-solving skills
- Embrace intellectual curiosity with the desire & ability to learn
- Experience providing a business lens to analytical and technical problems
