E- Commerce Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product development from initial concept to final sample approval.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and suppliers for fabrics, trims, and accessories.
• Handle sample development, fit approvals, costing, and product specifications.
• Prepare and maintain tech packs, measurement charts, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Track sampling timelines and ensure timely completion of product development.
• Ensure fabric quality, garment construction, and product specifications meet required standards.
• Coordinate with design, sourcing, production, and merchandising teams.
• Research fashion trends, fabrics, and market requirements to support new product development.Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in product development or merchandising, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, sampling, and costing.
• Experience in vendor management, sourcing, and product development timelines.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple styles, samples, and deadlines efficiently.Key Skills
