Hiring: Applied Machine Learning Engineer

Experience: 6+ Years

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, Forecasting, Optimization, or related areas.
• Strong Python programming and production software development experience.
• Strong foundation in Mathematics, Statistics, Probability, Machine Learning, Forecasting, and Optimization.
• Strong understanding of time-series analysis, statistical inference, model evaluation, uncertainty quantification, and forecasting methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with PySpark and distributed data processing.
• Experience productionizing ML/statistical models and building scalable ML workflows.
• Strong understanding of OOAD, SOLID principles, software architecture, and design patterns.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, CI/CD, version control, and code quality practices.

Preferred Experience

• Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, or Operations domain.
• Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, Replenishment, Capacity Planning, Pricing, or Network Optimization.
• Forecasting techniques such as SARIMAX, Exponential Smoothing, State Space Models, Prophet, Hierarchical or Probabilistic Forecasting.
• Optimization techniques including Linear Programming, Mixed Integer Programming, Constraint Optimization, Heuristic Optimization, or Simulation.
• MLflow, Feature Stores, Model Monitoring, Drift Detection, Experiment Tracking, and Model Versioning.
• Scikit-learn, Deep Learning, Docker, Kubernetes, and large-scale feature engineering.
