Experience - 6+ Years

Evaluation criteria (Must have skills):

JAVA, Springboot, microservices, React.js, JAVA 8+(coding experience required), End to End app development experience including database & cloud, Data Structure, System architecture , need strong Back End experience(Front End -Basic experience can be consider)

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable web applications using React for frontend and Java for backend.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define application requirements and establish project timelines.

• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to development best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the application and development processes.

Skills and Tools Required:

• Proficiency in React.js for frontend development.

• Strong experience in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

• Understanding of version control systems such as Git.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and development tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
