NewPage - Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Python, TypeScript, React, and Next.js to build scalable enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and AI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate will be backend-strong and comfortable working across application development, enterprise integrations, AI/LLM technologies, cloud infrastructure, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Python, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Build robust backend services, REST APIs, integrations, and data workflows.
• Develop enterprise applications and internal tools with modern web technologies.
• Build and integrate AI/LLM-powered applications, agents, MCP servers, connectors, and plugins.
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems, identity platforms, databases, and third-party services.
• Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth, SSO, SCIM, and role-based access controls.
• Develop APIs and services using FastAPI, Node.js/Fastify, or similar frameworks.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Work across development, staging, and production environments.
• Conduct code, dependency, and security reviews and ensure applications meet enterprise security

standards.

• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and independently deliver production-ready Skills :
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with React and Next.js.
• Experience with FastAPI, Node.js/Fastify, or similar backend frameworks.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, backend architecture, integrations, and data mapping.
• Experience developing AI/LLM applications, agents, or AI integrations.
• Hands-on experience with MCP servers, connectors, plugins, or similar AI technologies.
• Experience with OAuth, SSO, SCIM, authentication, and authorization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Understanding of application security, dependency management, and data protection.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Claude, Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, or other enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise, or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of application security, AppSec, or software supply-chain security.
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
• Relevant AWS, Azure, or Terraform certifications.
