Role Description This is a remote, contract Web Developer role responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining SkyeTrip Global Holidays’ web presence and online booking experiences. The Web Developer will develop responsive user interfaces, implement new features, and optimize website performance to support marketing campaigns and customer journeys. Daily tasks include collaborating with designers and content teams, integrating APIs and third-party tools, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, and maintaining secure, scalable code. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues, improving SEO-related site performance, and monitoring analytics to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Web Design skills to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development and Programming skills to create secure, scalable, and efficient application logic.
• Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development skills to integrate front-end and back-end components into cohesive solutions.
• Experience with modern web technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks, RESTful APIs) and version control tools (e.g., Git) is beneficial.
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices, website performance optimization, and basic SEO principles is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is required.
