The product people hold in their hand depends on a service that has to stay correct as more of them show up. This role owns that service. You will be in Gurugram, working on the path from a person deciding to join something to the moment a group exists.

What you will do

• Own the parts of the service a person depends on when they join a plan and stay in touch with the group.
• Make a change you can prove, with a test or a check you can run.
• Read what is happening when something is slow or wrong, and fix the cause.
• Leave the service easier for the next person to change.What you need
• You have shipped a backend that other people used.
• You are comfortable with a relational database and a typed API.
• You can find a problem from evidence, not from a guess.

About Wigle

Wigle starts from a simple belief. Every city is already full of the right people for you. The difficult part is not another feed of everything happening nearby. It is meeting them in real life, and the best way to do that is to do something together first.

We are building the platform for those real-life social experiences, and we are launching in Gurugram. A plan, a time, a small group, the same part of the city. The people come with the plan.

This is a founding-team-adjacent role. You will work directly with the people building the company, on the work itself, not inside a department that sits apart from the product.
