Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Program Manager role based in Vasai. The Technical Program Manager will lead cross-functional programs from concept to delivery, coordinating with product, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and budget. Responsibilities include defining program plans, tracking milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and driving timely resolution of issues across multiple projects and stakeholders. The role involves translating product and business requirements into executable technical roadmaps, monitoring progress through data-driven dashboards, and preparing clear status reports for leadership. The Technical Program Manager will also support continuous improvement initiatives, optimize processes, and contribute to scaling high-mix, electronics manufacturing programs in alignment with customer expectations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Project Management skills for planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make informed decisions on program priorities and trade-offs.
• Candidates should possess Software Development and Product Management experience to understand technical requirements, product lifecycles, and integration with hardware and manufacturing processes.
• Candidates should possess effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are an advantage.
• Experience managing complex technical programs in electronics, manufacturing, or technology-driven environments is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Vasai, with strong organizational skills and a track record of delivering programs on time and within scope.
