Senior Program Manager- Pricing

We are looking for a leader to own the end-to-end pricing function for Spinny’s business. The role involves building and continuously refining a pricing engine that determines the right price for every car on the platform, combining data science, market intelligence and business judgment to drive better commercial decisions across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the pricing engine: Build and continuously improve models to price every car using historical data, vehicle attributes, market trends and business inputs
  • Combine data science with market intelligence: Improve pricing accuracy by incorporating feedback, outcomes, vehicle-level insights and evolving market dynamics
  • Drive pricing across the funnel: Set seller-facing price ranges at lead creation and post-inspection, determine minimum prices, and guide procurement decisions to optimize conversion and profitability.
  • Improve pricing and performance: Establish benchmark prices to evaluate performance; design and run experiments on price ranges, floor prices and nudges, and scale successful interventions.
  • Drive business outcomes: Translate pricing insights into actionable decisions that improve procurement efficiency, conversion, participation and business margins

What we are looking for

  • Strong analytical foundation: Experience in decision science, business analytics, quantitative consulting or similar fields. Experience at firms such as Mu Sigma, Fractal Analytics or comparable organisations is a plus.
  • Hands-on data science and modelling skills: Strong SQL and proficiency in Python or R. Experience developing and validating predictive/statistical models, conducting feature engineering, testing model performance and analysing large datasets is essential. Candidates should be able to work hands-on with data and translate model outputs into pricing decisions—not only coordinate with a separate data science team.
  • Strong business acumen: Ability to translate analytical insights into practical commercial decisions, backed by an understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Relevant business experience: Exposure to pricing, revenue management, commercial strategy or similar decision-making roles is preferred.
  • Ownership and execution: Ability to independently drive initiatives, work cross-functionally and build a scalable pricing function from the ground up.

Experience: 4–6 years, including at least 2–3 years in a hands-on business role involving pricing, revenue management, commercial strategy or similar decision-making
