Position: 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫

Location: Ecospace, New Town, Kolkata

Experience: 5–10 Years

Joining: Immediate Joiners Required

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 with a solid software development background to lead development projects and technical teams.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

* Strong technical/development background is mandatory.

* 3–5 years of prior software development experience

* 3–4 years of experience in team lead/project lead/managerial roles

* Strong understanding of SDLC and project management

* Experience managing software development teams and end-to-end project delivery

* Good knowledge of project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and timelines

* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

* Agile/Scrum experience will be an advantage.

* Candidates from a non-technical project management background will not be considered.
