Consultant - Infor Syteline Technical Consultant (.NET & SQL)

Description

We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Infor Syteline Consultant to support, enhance, and maintain Infor Syteline ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Syteline, combined with strong .NET and SQL skills, and a solid understanding of manufacturing business processes. This role will involve application support, customization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives within a global manufacturing environment.

A Typical Day In The Life Includes

• Support, maintain, and enhance Infor Syteline (CSI) applications.
• Develop and customize solutions using .NET technologies.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Analyze and troubleshoot application, integration, and production issues.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Document technical designs, solutions, and support procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing business processes.

Work Schedule

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts supporting global operations.
• Hybrid work model with office attendance as per organizational policy.

Basic Qualifications

• 3-5 years of IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with Infor Syteline (CSI).
• Strong experience in.NET / C# development.
• Strong SQL Server and database management skills.
• Experience in Syteline support, enhancements, customization, or implementation projects.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP integrations and data migration activities.
• Knowledge of application support and production environments.
• Prior experience in a global delivery or support model.
