We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Package Consultant with 8–12 years of development experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development.

Client: IBM

End Client: Shell

Experience: 8–12 Years

Location: Banglore

Notice Period: 30days/Immediate

Mandatory Technical Skills

8–12 years of overall development experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce development.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Apex Classes and Triggers
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce Lightning
Salesforce Communities
Visualforce Pages
Excellent knowledge of web development technologies, including JavaScript, AJAX, HTTP, SOAP, CSS, and Bootstrap.
Strong Salesforce declarative configuration skills.
Experience with Salesforce data migration between environments using relevant tools and mechanisms.
Experience with version control tools such as GitHub.
Hands-on experience with Single Sign-On (SSO).
Experience with ERP integration.
Experience working with Agile methodologies, product backlogs, and user stories.

Mandatory Certifications

Candidates should hold the following Salesforce certifications:

Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Platform App Builder
Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1)

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Salesforce developers to deliver projects for specific lines of business.
Own the overall technical design, architecture, and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Design and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
Understand functional specifications and user stories and ensure requirements are complete before development.
Deliver scalable technical solutions across multiple geographies, business units, and diverse user groups.
Work across multiple classes of business and lines of business, adapting to different business requirements.
Ensure adherence to development processes, coding standards, and configuration standards.
Maintain product quality in accordance with project goals and standards.
Manage multiple projects and ensure appropriate staffing of development teams.
Support hiring, training, and retention of Salesforce resources.
Plan hypercare activities, manage the transition to support, and resolve post-deployment issues.
Establish and implement consistent development and delivery standards.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to evaluate technical options and recommend appropriate solutions.
