Role Description As a Vibe Coding Developer at NowFloats, you will contribute to building, refining, and maintaining the core systems that power location-based SEO, organic discovery, and marketing integrations. You will work closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into clean, efficient, and scalable code, while ensuring smooth user experiences across platforms. Daily responsibilities include implementing new features, debugging and resolving issues, optimizing performance, and collaborating on technical design and architecture decisions. You will also help integrate external services and tools, support experimentation with new “vibe” experiences, and participate in code reviews and documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, where you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, user-centric solutions for SMB customers.

Qualifications

• Strong core programming skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar) and experience with modern frameworks suitable for web or application development.
• Knowledge of web technologies and platforms, including basic understanding of SEO concepts, APIs, and integration with third-party services.
• Familiarity with databases and data structures, and ability to write efficient queries and handle structured information at scale.
• Comfort working with front-end and back-end components, focusing on performance, reliability, and maintainable code.
• Ability to analyze requirements, break down problems, and propose clear, practical technical solutions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, strong debugging and testing habits, and a willingness to iterate based on feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in local commerce, SMB technology, and building products that help businesses grow is highly beneficial.
