We are seeking a Senior Web Developer to own, scale, and optimize high-performance web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. Join our core technology team to build seamless, user-focused digital experiences from development to deployment.

• Own the development and delivery of complex web features from requirement gathering to production.
• Build scalable, reusable, and high-performance applications using React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Translate product and design requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Design and integrate APIs while collaborating closely with backend engineers.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues across the application.
• Participate actively in code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
• Contribute to technical architecture, technology decisions, and long-term product scalability.

• 4–6 years of professional experience in web development, preferably in product/startup environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Next.js, including routing, server-side rendering, API routes, and performance optimization.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+ concepts, asynchronous programming, and modern development practices.
• Strong experience with Tailwind CSS and building responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
