Role Purpose: As the Product Management Coordinator, you will support product-management execution and product-marketing activities across Rayzon’s inverter and energy-solutions portfolio. You will serve as the central hub for accurate product information, supplier documentation, launch-readiness records and market-facing content. By partnering with Product, Sales, Marketing and Service teams, you will help translate complex technical details into clear customer value and repeatable business tools.
Responsibilities :
- Document Management: Maintain controlled registers for datasheets, manuals, certificates, test reports, declarations, drawings and supplier submissions.
- Maintain the Product Master Register, encompassing marketing names, internal and supplier models, ratings, configurations, part numbers, ERP codes, serial-number formats, warranties and compatible accessories.
- Drive routine document follow-up with OEM/ODM suppliers. Track missing information, revisions, due dates and closure evidence.
- Maintain model-wise compliance trackers and coordinate documentary inputs for BIS/Co-BIS, BEE, EPR, Legal Metrology and customs under authorized owners’ direction.
- Coordinate product-body labels, compliance labels, cartons and QR or traceability artwork. Consolidate review comments and maintain approved versions. Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Engineering Management or a related discipline.
- Approximately 2–6 years of experience in product coordination, technical documentation, project coordination, compliance coordination, engineering support or a similar role.
- Experience in solar, inverters, batteries, electrical equipment, electronics or another technical-product industry is preferred. Working experience with suppliers and cross-functional teams is desirable.
