Role Overview,

We are looking for a curious, analytical and execution-focused Product Manager to help build and improve CreditSea's digital lending products. You will work with engineering, design, risk, operations, compliance and marketing teams to understand customer problems, define solutions and ship features that improve conversion, user experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for assigned product areas such as onboarding,KYC, loan application, disbursal, repayment or collections journeys.
• Translate business goals and customer insights into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver features on time, running sprint planning, backlog grooming and release coordination.
• Analyse funnel data, user behaviour and cohort metrics to find drop-offs and prioritise highimpact improvements.
• Design and run experiments such as A/B tests, and use results to guide product decisions.
• Work closely with risk, credit and compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements and RBI guidelines for digital lending.
• Collaborate with customer support and operations teams to understand pain points and close the feedback loop.
• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys and app reviews to validate ideas and uncover needs. Track product KPIs and share regular updates and insights with stakeholders and leadership.
• Research competitors and market trends in fintech and digital lending to inform product strategy.
• Support third-party integrations such as payment gateways, credit bureaus, KYC providers and lending partners.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis or a related role at a tech, fintech or consumer internet company.
• Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of SQL and tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Metabase or similar.
• Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories and process flows, and to work with wireframes and prototypes (Figma or similar).
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a user-first mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fintech, lending, NBFC or BFSI products.
• Familiarity with KYC, credit bureau data, underwriting basics, payments and collections flows.
• Exposure to mobile app products on Android and iOS.
• Knowledge of data privacy and regulatory expectations in financial services.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence and Notion.
