We are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead Digital Transformation, Reliability Engineering, Applied Statistics, and Operational Excellence initiatives across manufacturing operations. The role will act as a bridge between business operations and advanced digital technologies, driving measurable improvements in productivity, reliability, quality, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive Operational Excellence initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Continuous Improvement Programs.
  • Lead Reliability Engineering programs focused on Predictive Maintenance, Condition Monitoring, Asset Reliability Improvement, and Downtime Reduction.
  • Identify business and operational challenges and transform them into AI, Digital, Automation, and Data Analytics solutions.
  • Leverage Applied Statistics, Big Data Analytics, AI Tools, Python, R Studio, and Digital Dashboards to generate actionable business insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT teams to accelerate digital transformation and operational performance improvements.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, success metrics, and business cases for digital, analytics, and AI-driven initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies to enhance productivity, reliability, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Train, mentor, and build organizational capability in Reliability Engineering, Applied Statistics, AI Applications, Digital Technologies, and Data Analytics.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree / B.Pharm
  • Master's Degree in Operations, Industrial Management, Manufacturing Management preferred

Required Skills :

  • Applied Statistics , Artificial Intelligence (AI) , Digital Transformation , Data Analytics / Big Data Analytics , Reliability Engineering , Operational Excellence , Lean Manufacturing , TPM , Six Sigma , Industry 4.0

Preferred Skills :

Preferred Candidate Profile :

  • 10-15 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and Digital Transformation.
  • Strong expertise in AI, Digital Technologies, Applied Statistics, Data Analytics, and Reliability Engineering.
  • Demonstrated success in leading digital adoption and business transformation programs.
  • Experience from Pharmaceutical, Chemical, FMCG, Food Processing, or Process Manufacturing industries.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership capabilities.
