Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer role at MobiDx Ai is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The individual in this role will design, build, and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve complex problems in automotive retail analytics. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and training machine learning and deep learning models, implementing pattern recognition and NLP solutions, and integrating these models into production-grade software systems. The role involves collaborating with data scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, optimize model performance, and ensure scalability and reliability of AI-driven products.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including algorithms, data structures, and coding best practices.
• Experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models.
• Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks for text and conversational data.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for AI and ML (such as Python, Java, or C++), and familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Ability to work with large datasets, perform data preprocessing, and apply model evaluation and validation techniques.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in analytics or automotive retail domains is an advantage.
