Objective of the Role

To leverage data science, advanced analytics, and machine learning techniques to enable data-driven decision making across Life Insurance distribution channels. The role will support sales productivity enhancement, customer acquisition, retention, persistency management, lead prioritization, and business growth through actionable insights and predictive analytics.

Responsibility

• Develop predictive models to improve sales productivity, lead conversion, customer acquisition, and persistency
• Build channel-wise analytics frameworks for Agency, Banca, Direct, Partner and Digital channels
• Conduct customer segmentation, propensity modelling, and cross-sell/up-sell analytics
• Generate actionable business insights through large-scale data analysis to support sales strategy decisions
• Develop dashboards and scorecards for sales leaders to monitor business performance and productivity metrics
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Underwriting, Technology and Operations teams to drive analytics initiatives
• Support AI/ML-led business transformation and automation projects across distribution channels
