Role Description The General Manager Products is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product portfolio of Earth Stahl & Alloys Private Limited. Day-to-day tasks include leading product planning and strategy, coordinating product development, and ensuring alignment of product offerings with market demand and company objectives. The role involves close collaboration with sales, production, and quality teams to optimize product performance, pricing, and profitability. The General Manager Products will monitor market trends, analyze product performance data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position also entails stakeholder management, reporting to senior leadership, and implementing processes that support sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Business Planning and Product Management skills to define product roadmaps, set objectives, and align offerings with business goals.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret market data, financial metrics, and operational performance for informed decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Product Development and Product Management experience to guide new product introductions, enhancements, and lifecycle management.
• Candidates should possess Sales and product-focused commercial skills to collaborate with sales teams, understand customer requirements, and support revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in steel, metals, manufacturing, or related industrial sectors.
• Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline; a master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Candidates should be proficient in using data and reporting tools, and comfortable working in an on-site industrial environment in Raipur.
