Backend Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer / Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs for banking and financial applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java & Spring Boot.
Develop and manage RESTful APIs for banking portals and applications.
Build system integrations using Kafka, RabbitMQ, and REST services.
Design and optimize workflow-based solutions for banking use cases.
Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for data storage and retrieval.
Integrate Elasticsearch for high-performance search and real-time querying.
Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders.
Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Follow coding standards, development best practices, and secure software development principles.

Banking API ecosystems

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
M.Tech / MCA is an added advantage.
