About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in developing and maintaining Web, ERP, CRM, and business applications.

The ideal candidate should be capable of taking ownership of projects end-to-end — from requirement understanding and architecture to development, integration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable Web / ERP / CRM applications.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Handle both frontend and backend development.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs.
• Work with databases, database design, queries, optimization, and data integration.
• Manage application deployment and production environments.
• Handle cloud/server deployment and application configuration.
• Integrate third-party platforms, payment gateways, business tools, and other external services.
• Identify and resolve application, performance, and production issues.
• Work independently on projects while coordinating with internal teams.
• Participate in system design, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Experience with AI/API integrations and AI-powered features will be an added advantage.

Must-Have Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience.
• Strong experience in Web / ERP / CRM application development.
• Good understanding of both frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong experience with API development and integrations.
• Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience handling projects end-to-end.
• Experience with third-party integrations.
• Understanding of deployment, servers, cloud, or AWS.
• Ability to independently understand requirements and deliver working solutions.Preferred
• Experience with AI integrations / OpenAI / Gemini / other AI APIs.
• Experience with ERP/CRM customization or development.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, or similar development/deployment tools.

Interview Focus

Candidates should be prepared to walk us through 2–3 significant projects they have personally worked on, including their role, architecture, technologies used, APIs, databases, integrations, deployment, and challenges handled.
