Full-Stack Developer — Equity Only

Role Description The Full-Stack Developer — Equity Only will work in a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of the Wander Trip platform, ensuring scalable, reliable, and secure applications. The role involves collaborating with product and design teams to implement user interfaces, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and improving the overall user experience. The developer will contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical documentation, while actively participating in iterative development and rapid experimentation. This position is equity-based, offering the chance to take ownership in an early-stage product shaping next-generation travel automation.

Qualifications

• Strong back-end web development skills, including experience with server-side frameworks and API design.
• Proficiency in front-end development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Solid foundation in software development principles, such as data structures, algorithms, testing, and version control.
• Demonstrated experience in full-stack development, building and deploying end-to-end web applications.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Bengaluru, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and performance optimization is beneficial.
• Prior startup experience, comfort with equity-only compensation, and interest in AI-driven products are advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
