Role Description The Data Analyst role at Sheriyans Coding School is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from various internal systems and learning platforms, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. This role involves analyzing learner performance, program outcomes, and operational metrics to generate insights and visual reports that support decision-making for academic and business teams. The Data Analyst will build and maintain dashboards, perform statistical analysis, and create data models to forecast trends and measure the effectiveness of courses and initiatives. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to interpret results, communicate findings clearly, and recommend data-driven improvements to processes and programs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Data Analytics.
• Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Statistics for descriptive and inferential analysis.
• Candidates should possess experience in Data Modeling to structure, interpret, and forecast key metrics.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualization platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is beneficial.
• Experience with a programming language used for data analysis (such as Python or R) is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
• Prior experience in an educational or training-focused organization is a plus but not required.
