Senior Product Manager

What will you do

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Procol platform, including core services, APIs, integrations and shared capabilities used across products
• Partner with Engineering to define platform architecture priorities, balancing scalability, reliability, security and speed of delivery
• Translate needs from product teams, customer success, implementation and enterprise customers into clear requirements, PRDs and prioritised backlogs
• Drive the integration ecosystem, including ERP, finance and third-party systems, ensuring customers can onboard and connect quickly
• Define and track platform metrics such as API adoption, uptime, latency, integration success rate, time-to-onboard and developer experience
• Build self-serve capabilities, documentation and tooling that reduce dependency on engineering for configuration and customer onboarding
• Work with product managers across the company to reuse platform components, avoid duplicated work and keep a consistent experience
• Lead go-to-market readiness for platform releases with Customer Success, Implementation and Sales, and run feedback loops with customers
• Make data-informed decisions on prioritisation, deprecation, versioning and technical debt trade-offs
• Use AI and automation to improve platform capabilities and how teams build on them

What would you bring to the table

• Product management experience, with a track record of shipping platform, API, infrastructure or enterprise B2B SaaS products
• Strong technical grounding: you understand system design, REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, data models, authentication and integration patterns, and can hold your own in architecture discussions
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholders, and prioritising across competing needs from multiple teams and customers
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable defining metrics, working with data and running experiments
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to write clear PRDs, specs and API documentation
• Experience with enterprise integrations (ERP, procurement, finance systems) is a strong plus
• Ownership mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
